Earlier Media is backed by Milan Ventures, a NY based early stage VC fund with successful investments in a number of leading technology companies. Milan Ventures primarily invests in businesses focused on education and gaming related properties.

Josh Solt
Chief Operating Officer

Josh joined Earlier Media in 2008 and his responsibilities include closing strategic partnerships, leading M&A campaigns as well as handling day-to-day operations. Previously, he led the new media division at SOFA Entertainment. Josh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke and an MBA from UCLA where he earned a Dean's Fellowship. During his MBA studies, he worked for CBS in their new media group and has also consulted for ESPN. Josh currently serves on the board of Irvine University.

Keith Richman
Chairman

Keith is a father to two little girls. His day job entails running a company called Break Media, which provides humor and information to men 18-34. He graduated from Stanford with a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and a Masters in International Policy Studies.

Michelle Richman
Educational Advisor

Michelle is a former teacher and current educational consultant, with over 8 years experience in teaching at the elementary school level. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA as well as a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Dominican University of California. She has held positions at the prestigious Center For Early Education in West Hollywood and Sycamore Valley Elementary School in Danville, California. Michelle has experience in curriculum development for kids of all ages.
